DreamworX Haunted Amusement Park
Date night with my love always has a certain... flair, but tonight was something special.
We'd grabbed our usual red balloons from DreamworX and strolled off to the woods, hoping to find that creepy cave everyone gossiped about. I had a feeling we’d end up seeing something strange.
But as we turned a corner, we found her. You know the type: dark hair, dead-eyed stare, clothes from last century. The whole vengeful ghost look. I clutched Kalthanis' arm, whispering, 'Don’t look now, but I think we’ve got a third wheel.'
'You think she's jealous?' I joked, giving his arm a playful shove. 'Look at her; she’s glaring! I bet she wants to steal you away.'
He chuckled, then leaned into me. 'Well, sweetheart, if we don’t skedaddle, she just might.' She stared back, her expression all intense and broody, like she was trying to out-goth the trees.
So we turned on our heels, holding our balloons high like some kind of red beacon in the mist, giggling as we left her to haunt the trees in peace. She might have been spooky, but I knew one thing—no ghost in the world can keep up with our love... or our cardio.
